Executive Assistant
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO and leadership team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative, project management, sales support, and analytical tasks. You aim to keep operations seamless, anticipate needs, and ensure our leaders can focus on strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do:

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics

Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Provide light project management support - tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables

Assist in coordinating sales activities, client communication, and data organisation

Identify and address administrative challenges before they become problems

Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders with professionalism and discretion

Exceptional organisational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Experience in the management of people and businesses or practices

Ability to influence, persuade and provide developmental feedback

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, adapting style to diverse audiences

Comfort using a range of technologies and systems to streamline workflows

A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and acting before being asked

Customer focused, and potentially previous experience in sales
