Account Manager

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategically minded Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who believes Artificial Intelligence is underhyped, recognizes the power of combining human creativity with AI-driven development, and is motivated to guide clients beyond experimental methods like vibe coding into robust, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate strong client relationships across Hamilton and Auckland, ensuring exceptional service, trust, and long-term collaboration.
• Strategically advise clients on transitioning to AI-driven software solutions that deliver significant business value, differentiating from methods like vibe coding for enhanced productivity.
• Work closely with our internal teams to customize AI-driven services that precisely match client objectives.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope and impact of Enlighten's website development, data and analytics, and AI solutions within client accounts.
• Stay current on industry trends, particularly advancements in AI, web development, AI search, data and analytics, and Microsoft technologies, to offer innovative and impactful recommendations.

• Relevant Experience: Proven track record in account management within the technology sector, ideally with exposure to Microsoft or website development, data and analytics, and AI solutions.
• Agile and Adaptable: Thrives in dynamic environments, embracing innovation and rapidly evolving technologies.
• We are open to candidates without a traditional sales background
