UX Designer
Enlighten Designs is looking for an intermediate user experience (UX) designer to join our talented technical teams and valued clients in building beautifully easy-to-use websites, apps, and software.

UX designers play a crucial role in helping our clients and developers understand who users are, how they experience the technology we build, and most importantly, what’s needed to shape that experience to be positive and successful for all.

As a UX designer, you’ll be the glue uniting everyone involved around the people at the centre of user-centered design.

Ideally you will have:

Preferably a qualification in design, visual communication, psychology, or human-computer interaction (HCI)

3+ years’ experience in similar or related role and knowledge of user- or human-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture, accessibility (i.e. the foundations of user experience)

A passion for design, with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape and available tools, technologies, resources, and trends.

Strategic planning and execution of user research and testing activities, with disciplined record keeping and clear, concise reporting.

A positive, collaborative attitude to solving problems, tackling challenges, and continual improvement.

Great communication skills (visual, written, and verbal) and confidence in presenting and facilitating.

Ability to work well with technical people and concepts, e.g. artificial intelligence, agile workflows, and data visualisation and storytelling.
